This easy recipe is not only quick, but super delicious AND makes your house smell amazing! It gives you the same deliciousness as our Crock Pot Green Beans and Potatoes recipe, only faster! I know Gramma would have loved this recipe. So, if you are lucky enough to have your Grandma, make this up and take her a bowl. I bet she will love it!

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
- 29 oz canned green beans undrained (2 – 14.5 oz cans)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot
Pour your green beans over top
Sprinkle on your salt, pepper and minced garlic
Pour your broth over everything
Seal and cook on manual for 8-10 minutes (depending on how big your potato pieces are and how soft you want your potatoes)
Quick release and serve

My whole family loves this dish. I used fresh beans and they were soft enough for my husband who was raised on his mothers method of cooking (just cook the S#!t out of everything)Reply
